actly one month to the day since we opened the doors to our new clubhouse, and I am delighted to share with you the fantastic news that we have been awarded a 5 Star Hygiene rating following an inspection from Environmental Health.๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

This is without doubt due to our amazing volunteers who have had to invest even more of their time completing training packages, obtaining qualifications and learning new practices, processes and procedures. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ“—๐Ÿ“’

The Inspector commented on how impressed they were with our overarching strategy, our new policies and procedures whilst commending our robust processes across the kitchen, bar and communal areas.๐Ÿ†

Over 25 key volunteers have contributed to this fantastic rating, using the Safer Food Better Business practices as the driver. Itโ€™s been a massive team effort to ensure ALL users of our facilities are safe at ALL times. Particular thanks must go to Diane Rotherham whose fantastic leadership and co-ordination was highlighted and documented by the Inspector๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
